Apple has officially announced the dates for its highly anticipated Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2024. The event is set to take place from June 10 through June 14, with a special keynote event kicking things off at Apple Park in Cupertino, California on June 10.
During the event, Apple is expected to unveil the latest versions of its operating systems, including iOS 18, iPadOS 18, watchOS 11, tvOS 18, macOS 15, and visionOS 2. These new updates are sure to bring exciting new features and enhancements to Apple users worldwide.
One of the most exciting aspects of this year’s WWDC is that it will be free for all developers to attend online. The keynote address will also be available for livestream on the Apple Developer app, Apple’s website, and their YouTube channel for those unable to attend in person.
For developers and students hoping to attend the in-person event at Apple Park, there will be limited space available. Interested individuals can apply via Apple’s lottery system for a chance to secure a spot at the conference.
In addition, Apple will be revealing the winners of the Swift Student Challenge on March 28. The lucky winners will have the opportunity to attend a special event at Apple Park during WWDC.
More information about the conference will be shared with developers through the Apple Developer app and website leading up to the event. Stay tuned for updates on what promises to be an exciting and innovative week for Apple developers and enthusiasts alike.
